Passionate about giving you the time, the space and the tools to become the happiest and healthiest version of you. Like you - but so much better. 

Even if you think you’ve tried everything and you’re starting to feel that your body is failing you, I will empower you to take control of your health journey and regain trust in your innate ability to move from surviving to thriving. 

I am committed to ensuring that women feel seen, heard and understood at some of the most vulnerable times of their lives. Wherever you are on your journey, I will meet you right there - zero judgement - one woman supporting 100's of other women to live their best lives. I have your back.

I understand

I know the vulnerability that comes with turbulent hormones and that anxious, overwhelmed, 'out-of-control' feeling. We all deserve to enjoy this precious gift of life,  My own personal health journey revealed all kinds of health imbalances that the medical model hadn't been able to join up.

 

Women are incredible. When we are in balance we are a force to be reckoned with. Sadly, though, it doesn’t take much for us to swing out of balance. If you feel that your body is less than thriving, I can absolutely help you. There is so much more to women's health than just hormones... though if you're a woman, it's a good place to start.

I am passionate about changing lives. I have invested years into training so that I can offer the highest quality support to you at one of the most important times in your life.  I do this by sharing evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle support that is highly personalised and addresses underlying health imbalances that might have been overlooked.

The medical model doesn't afford time for women  to tell their story - to feel properly seen and heard. I believe that this is the first step of the healing journey. You are a unique soul and a complex interconnected web of bodily systems and life experiences. No two women are the same - I am showing up for you as the unique individual that you are.

and when I'm not supporting you on your health journey...

You will find me on my Yoga mat – both teaching and practising – wandering around the woods near my home in the Peak District, playing guitar, holding space in women’s circles, loving and nourishing my family that I am so, SO blessed to have.

I like to take things slower nowadays, after having a frenzied young adulthood burning the candle at both ends, though I still adore socialising and having a coffee, a cake, or glass of wine (or two)…  life is for living and loving. Out with perfection and in with being a normal human being with a zest for life.

This is still important when we’re trying to be healthy too. Yes, we need to make healthier choices, but not at the expense of being miserable, because that is not how where holistic health resides. I have both your health and your happiness covered.
